  • To provide the company with advice, guidance and ongoing marketing services on its journey from a single hotel to one of the Eastern region’s leading hotel groups, including more hotels, a golf course, a spa and a high-end Indian restaurant.

Solution

  • Working closely with the group’s in-house marketing teams to support company growth
  • Performing the marketing director role and helping to support the Group Chief Exec and Managing Directors as part of the senior management team
  • Instrumental in shaping marketing strategy for the group
  • Building more than 10 website sites for the different businesses and brands, integrating booking engines and advising on CRM systems
  • Creating brands for the hotels, spa, wedding venues and the golf club
  • Delivering paid search and SEO campaigns to increase room booking conversion
  • Running social media and Facebook advertising campaigns.

  • Length of client relationship - we’ve seen the company quadruple in size and become a leading part of the Suffolk tourism landscape over the last two decades
