The challenge

  • To reposition this small seaside hotel group to reflect the addition of UK city locations to its original South Coast portfolio

Solution

  • Development of the brand’s core identity to appeal to a broader, more aspirational audience
  • Creation of premium spa brand ‘Har Spa’ and its product range to attract new customers and underpin the group’s ethos of ‘escape, indulge, revive’
  • Creation of identities and subsequent roll out of promotions and menus for the hotels’ stylish bars
  • Designing all customer touchpoints - in-room, reception, brochures and leaflets, product packaging, stationery, digital collateral and external signage
  • Supporting F&B activity promoting all 13 restaurants within the group

  • Inclusion in the Times 100 Ultimate British Hotels
  • Inclusion in the Mr and Mrs Smith holiday directory
  • Rapid growth in locations (four to 10) with more in the pipeline
